POLYAMIDE (RA) BLUE BUSHINGS FOR INTRINSICALLY SAFE CIRCUITS (JB)
The threaded cable connection made of polyamide is used for inserting permanently installed cables and wires into an electrical work tool of fire protection type Intrinsic safety type “i”. The screwed cable connection corresponds to protection class IP 66/68. For intrinsically safe current circuits, these cable glands are made with a blue cap nut. When using these screwed cable connections, the instructions in the type examination certificate/operating instructions must be observed. These cable glands are used for inserting unarmoured cables into the interior of a work vehicle.
