The management of this website https://extechno.com.ua/ (hereinafter referred to as the “Site”) is carried out by Limited Liability Company “EX TECHNOLOGIES”, EDRPOU code 41434049, which is registered and operates in accordance with the laws of Ukraine (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”).
The Company highly respects the confidentiality (personal) information of all persons who visited the Site and those who use the services provided by the Site. Therefore, the Company strives to protect the confidentiality of personal data (information or a set of information about an identified or identifiable individual), thereby creating and ensuring the most comfortable conditions for using the Site’s services for each user.
This Privacy and Personal Data Protection Policy (hereinafter referred to as the “Policy”) sets out the procedure for the Company’s processing of personal data, the types of personal data collected, the purposes for which such personal data are used, the interaction of the Company with third parties, security measures to protect personal data, conditions of access to personal data, and contact information for users to obtain access, make changes, block or delete their personal data, and address any questions that may arise regarding personal data protection practices.
Collection and Use of Personal Data
The owner and controller of the personal data of the Site users is Limited Liability Company “EX TECHNOLOGIES.”
When using the Site’s services, the Company processes the user’s data, namely:

Processing and storage of the provided personal data are carried out in data centers where the equipment that ensures the functioning of the Site’s services is located. The provided personal data are processed and may be stored in the Database of personal data or a separate table of the Site’s Database.

Personal data are stored for no longer than is necessary in accordance with the purpose of their processing.

Terms of Access to Personal Data
The procedure for access to personal data by third parties is determined by the terms of the user’s consent granted to the owner of the personal data to process these data or in accordance with the requirements of the law.
The user has the right to receive any information about themselves from any entity related to personal data relationships, provided they indicate their surname, first name, and patronymic, place of residence (location), and identification document details, except as provided by law.
Access to data about themselves is granted to the user free of charge.
Delay in providing access to the user’s personal data is not allowed.
Delay in access to third-party personal data is allowed if the required data cannot be provided within thirty calendar days from the date of receipt of the request. In this case, the total period for resolving the issues raised in the request may not exceed forty-five calendar days.
A notification of the delay is provided to the third party who submitted the request in writing, explaining the procedure for appealing such a decision.
A decision to delay or deny access to personal data may be appealed to the Commissioner of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine for Human Rights or a court.
Rights of the Data Subject
The Company informs you of your rights as a data subject, which are regulated by the Law of Ukraine “On Personal Data Protection,” namely:
- To know about the sources of collection, the location of your personal data, the purpose of their processing, the location or place of residence (stay) of the owner or processor of personal data, or to give appropriate instructions for obtaining this information by authorized persons, except as provided by law.
- To receive information on the conditions for granting access to personal data, including information about third parties to whom your personal data are transferred.
- To access your personal data.
- To receive, no later than thirty calendar days from the date of receipt of the request (except as provided by law), a response on whether your personal data are being processed and to receive the content of such personal data.
- To submit a reasoned request to the owner of personal data with an objection to the processing of your personal data.
- To submit a reasoned request regarding the change or destruction of your personal data by any owner and processor of personal data if these data are processed illegally or are inaccurate.
- To protect your personal data from unlawful processing and accidental loss, destruction, damage due to intentional concealment, failure to provide, or untimely provision, as well as to protect against providing false or defamatory information that undermines the honor, dignity, and business reputation of an individual.
- To file complaints regarding the processing of your personal data with the Commissioner of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine for Human Rights or the court.
- To apply legal remedies in case of violation of personal data protection laws.
- To make reservations regarding the limitation of the right to process your personal data when giving consent.
- To withdraw consent to the processing of personal data.
- To know the mechanism of automatic processing of personal data.
- To protect against an automated decision that has legal consequences.
Updating, Access, Modification, Blocking, and Deletion of Personal Data

Changes to the Policy
This Policy may be modified and supplemented periodically without prior notice to the user, including when there are changes in legal requirements.
In the event of significant changes to this Policy, the Company will post a notice on the Site and indicate the effective date of these changes.
