Control and switching cabinets
Explosion-proof control cabinets are designed for the safe placement of electrical components and organization of control systems in areas with risk of explosive environments. Such products are used in industrial complexes, including facilities of chemical, oil refining and pharmaceutical industries, where equipment must be protected from dust, moisture, gas, or vapor exposure. They ensure stable and safe operation of heating cables, temperature sensors, temperature controllers and other related equipment. The enclosures are made of stainless steel, resistant to corrosion, mechanical damage and temperature fluctuations.
Structurally, the explosion-proof cabinet is a hermetically sealed enclosure equipped with power circuit breakers, contact groups, controllers, RCDs, starters, signal indication and control devices. Non-explosion-proof circuit breakers, relays, terminals, controllers and other switching elements are installed inside. The range includes purged models for zones 1 and 2 and dustproof models for zones 21 and 22. Some cabinets feature internal volume purging technology using dry air or inert gas under overpressure to prevent hazardous substances from entering.
The equipment is supplied fully assembled with a complete package of technical documentation, or can be custom-designed for specific individual tasks.
