Safety switches
The circuit breaker is designed for the safe switching on and off of power circuits in electrical installations operating in areas with a risk of forming an explosive atmosphere. These devices combine the functions of a protective device and a control switch, ensuring the safe operation of equipment by enabling quick disconnection of the power supply during scheduled maintenance or emergencies such as voltage fluctuations. To organize both manual and automatic power shutdown in case of accidents, an explosion-proof automatic circuit breaker can be installed in addition to fuses, providing comprehensive protection for electrical circuits.
The range includes models with rated currents from 10 to 630 A, allowing the selection of an optimal solution for both local networks and large distribution systems. The enclosures are made from materials resistant to mechanical impacts and aggressive environments, ensuring sealing and resistance to flammable gases, vapors, and dust. The devices comply with explosion protection standards and can be used in hazardous areas classified as Zones 1 and 2 at industrial sites in the oil and gas, chemical, and mining industries, as well as in power installations where reliable isolation of the power source with the possibility of emergency shutdown is required.
Structurally, the fuses are housed in sealed enclosures made of heat-resistant, corrosion-protected materials with a high degree of ingress protection, including versions rated IP65 or higher. This allows for installation in control cabinets, on mounting panels, or directly on walls, both indoors and outdoors. Additionally, the switches are equipped with rotary handles featuring locking and mechanical blocking mechanisms.
