Panel explosion-proof POLARIS PROFESSIONAL 19,1″ produced by Bartec GmbH (Germany) is based on fast AMD series G T40 E processor. Via the Ethernet interface it is possible to connect individual computers or network devices, e.g. a printer, to an existing local area network (LAN) (optionally also via WLAN) or to create completely wireless LANs. Powerful visualisation and process controls are possible right on site. The latest display technology ensures optimum contrast even at high viewing angles. For optimum utilisation, units are available for wall, floor or ceiling mounting. A keyboard with integrated trackball or touchpad can be connected. A touchscreen is also available as an option, offering the absolute maximum in operating comfort. Windows® XP Professional or Windows 7® can be used as the operating system. Panel PCs are suitable for many software packages, including the Client-Specific Software package, or other standard commercial visualisation software.
The explosion-protected POLARIS PROFESSIONAL panel is used in hazardous areas 2. These panels can be installed in areas such as: extraction plant, etc.
