Complete digital station DEPU
The DEPU complete digital station is provided with temperature control, power limitation and regulation, all these functions packed into just one aluminium box. The DEPU complete digital station is ATEX certified in Europe and can be used directly in hazardous areas. The heating cable can be connected directly to this monoblock controller and the operation of the electric heating system can be monitored via the available digital display.
All functional units are integrated in a standard aluminium housing. Connection terminals up to 6 mm² are contacted with spring clips.
Controller functions:
The DEPU controller is engineered as a two-point controller and measures temperature using a Pt 100 temperature transmitter. The limiter operates as an independent system and measures the temperature at the hottest point with its own Pt 100 temperature transmitter. If the temperature exceeds the limit value, the limiter interrupts heating and signals a fault. All fault alarms are signalled by the main contact. Resetting can be done directly on the device or externally with a key. The power set point controller works as an error-free control of full system operation by means of a solid-state relay. The 7-segment display guarantees good readability of the controller and limiter temperature values through the viewing panel.
