Heating mats for the “Warm floor” device based on the two-core shielded heating cable ZUBR DC Mat, 16 W/m. The two-core heating mat ZUBR DC Mat is designed for installation in tile adhesive when it is not possible to raise the floor height. The ZUBR heating mat consists of a heating cable, which is fixed with tape on a self-adhesive reinforcing mesh made of fiberglass. Due to the fixation of the heating cable on the mesh, there is no need to select the laying step, which reduces the possibility of its damage during installation. The distance between the turns of the heating cable on the mat mesh is 9 cm. The heating cable and the power cable are hermetically connected to each other through a sleeve. The cable has a two-layer fluoropolymer insulation of FEP (fluoroethylene propylene) and HDPE (high-density polyethylene) heating conductors, a screen made of aluminum foil and galvanized copper wires, an outer sheath made of cross-linked polyethylene XLPE. All products undergo multi-stage quality control and comply with the European IEC standard. The warranty is 25 years.
