Explosion-proof emergency luminaire EXL

Explosion-proof EXL emergency luminaire is used as an information indicator, for light warning in hazardous areas in order to correct human behaviour both in normal mode and in an emergency situation, used in fire alarm systems and automatic fire extinguishing systems.

The EXL scoreboard housing is made of corrosion-resistant, copper-free marine aluminium, resistant to salt spray and other chemicals. Anti-static polymer-epoxy powder coating is used for the coating. RAL-9006 colour. The window of the EXL explosion-proof light panel is made of impact-resistant tempered glass. The light source for illuminating the lettering is LEDs or fluorescent lamps.

The housing construction of the explosion-proof siren has a completely hermetically sealed air-filled light indication unit. This hermetic circuit is not broken during installation and operation of the scoreboard at the customer’s site and thus prevents dust, moisture, aggressive media and gases (e.g. hydrogen sulphide) from penetrating inside, and also excludes its misting in case of temperature and humidity changes.

This type of explosion-protected luminaires is designed for operation in hazardous areas of premises and outdoor installations according to the explosion protection marking GOST IEC 60079-1-2013, GOST R IEC 60079-0-2011 and areas dangerous for ignition of combustible dust according to GOST IEC 60079-31-2013.
