Such solutions are applied on process, water supply, petrochemical, and heat transfer pipelines, as well as in hazardous areas.<\/span><\/p>\r\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">The basis of the design is a semiconductor matrix that changes the level of heat output depending on the temperature of the pipe surface and the surrounding environment. A self-regulating heating cable evenly heats the pipe along the entire route, automatically reduces power when the temperature rises, and increases it when cooling occurs, locally responding to environmental changes. The advantages also include energy efficiency, protection against equipment overheating, and high reliability even during long-term operation.<\/span><\/p>\r\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">The range includes models with polyolefin and fluoropolymer jackets, designed for operating temperatures from 65 to 250 \u00b0C and power ratings up to 95 W\/m. They can be installed both on the outside of the pipeline and under thermal insulation, allow cutting to the required length, and are compatible with automatic control systems.<\/span><\/p>\r\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">A pipeline heating cable is selected taking into account the type of medium, pipe diameter, operating conditions, and project requirements.
